Meadow Park Chatham
Meadow Park Chatham is a fully accredited long term care home in Chatham, Ontario and serves 99 residents. Chatham is the urban centre of Chatham-Kent, a large municipality in Southwestern Ontario located between Windsor (approximately 80 km to the west) and London ( approximately 115 km to the east ). It is known for its fertile farmland, a diverse economy of manufacturing and agriculture, and rich history, including its role in the Underground Railroad.
We will soon be growing and moving next door to St. Angela's Meadow Retirement Lodge, in Chatham! We've been established since 1979 and can even say that.
